Shipping & Returns

At Head to Node Hoyas, we do our best to ensure your plants travel safely and arrive in great condition. Please read through our shipping and returns information before placing an order.

Shipping Options

Orders are sent out Monday to Wednesday every week, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.

Within Greece

  • Box Now – convenient locker delivery, usually 1–3 business days

  • ACS Courier – home delivery, usually 1–3 business days

Within the EU

  • DHL Economy Select – reliable delivery, usually 3–7 business days

  • DHL Express Worldwide – fastest option, usually 1–3 business days

Tracking is included with every order.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary according to location or due to courier delays and seasonal demand.

Excluded destinations
Due to restrictions on live plants, we cannot currently ship to the UK, Switzerland, or other non-EU countries where plant imports are limited.

Plant Packaging

Every plant is carefully packed to keep it safe during transit:

  • Rooted Hoyas are shipped potted in pon (never bare-rooted).

  • Unrooted cuttings are shipped plain, with details of size given in the description.

  • Plants are wrapped and cushioned inside sturdy boxes, using eco-friendly materials where possible.

Returns & Order Issues

Because we sell live plants, we cannot accept returns. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll review your case and do our best to make things right.

Important Notes

  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, and remember to include your phone number for the courier.

  • We do not ship plants during extreme weather conditions (heatwaves or frost) to protect their health. If you’re unsure about the weather in your area, please reach out before ordering and we’ll be happy to advise.

  • If you need your order shipped at a later date, contact us immediately after checkout. Payment must be completed in order for us to hold your plants, and they can only be kept for a short time.

  • At the moment, we don’t offer in-person pick up and we don’t have a store-front. All orders are shipped directly to you.
