Head to Node Hoyas is an online shop based in Athens, Greece, offering Hoyas and related products. These Terms apply to all sales made through our website.

2. Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders are accepted once payment is completed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Products

  • Each plant is unique. Photos are representative, and natural variation in size, shape, or color should be expected.

  • For numbered listings, you will receive the exact plant shown. For cuttings, photos are indicative, and details are provided in the description.

  • We make every effort to describe products accurately, but minor differences may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required at the time of order through the methods offered at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Shipping

  • We ship orders within Greece and to selected EU countries. Certain destinations (e.g., the UK, Switzerland, and other restricted regions) are excluded.

  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are listed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather conditions.

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that plants can be legally imported into their country.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment; once shipped, they cannot be canceled.

7. Care & Responsibility

  • Once plants leave our care, their survival depends on proper conditions during transit and after arrival.

  • We provide care information, but we cannot be held responsible for plant health after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Athens, Greece.
